Refund Policy

All Oxenly tools can be used for free, so you can try everything before upgrading. If Pro isn't right for you, we'll make it right.

14-day refund

If you're not happy with Oxenly Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment or of any renewal. No questions asked.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account (Manage billing). After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for and you won't be charged again.

How to request a refund

Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. You can request a refund through the link in your Paddle receipt email, at paddle.net, or by contacting us. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
